Cinch Communications Inc. is a growing marketing and advertising agency in Red Deer, AB. The role we are looking to find a new Cinch-er to fill is for an organized and versatile Marketing Coordinator to support our dynamic team in achieving our marketing and advertising goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with various departments, including Social Media, Website Design, Graphics, SEO, and administration. It is a great opportunity to get experience in all areas of marketing so you can develop skills and dive into your creative career.
Assist with coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social platforms, Google advertising, print advertising, and more.
Assist with content creation for social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion rates for clients' website SEO.
Assist with writing and updating content on various client websites, including blog posts, landing pages, e-commerce site inventory, and product descriptions.
Assist with graphic design tasks such as creating social media graphics, infographics, stationery packages, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure websites are optimized for search engine rankings.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, target audience, and marketing trends.
Manage office administration, including ordering coffee and coordinating trades for office maintenance and cleaning, as required.
This is an entry-level position, and responsibilities will adjust based on the skill set of the selected candidate.
Education in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least one year of experience in marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of various marketing channels and platforms, including social media, website design, graphics, and SEO.
Basic knowledge of design platforms that may include Adobe, Corel, Canva, etc.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
