Kelly Elcombe has spent the last 25 years helping businesses grow—with equal parts strategy, storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes brands connect. With a background leading national teams in the tax and legal sectors, Kelly built her career in the corporate world driving high-level strategies and overseeing large-scale operations across Canada. Her ability to align vision with execution made her a trusted leader, but it was what came after corporate life that shaped her next chapter.

After stepping away from the boardroom, Kelly saw a gap—too many small and medium-sized businesses were doing big things but couldn’t afford the in-house marketing teams or high agency fees that their growth really required. That’s when she started supporting entrepreneurs as a fractional marketing manager, bringing her in-depth corporate experience to solo operators, startups, and scaling teams that needed both a plan and someone to execute it.

Over the years, she’s run her own businesses, built brands from scratch, and helped countless entrepreneurs get clear, get focused, and finally feel confident about their marketing. She knows what it takes to build something meaningful—because she’s done it, many times over.

Now, leading the Cinch Communications EAST expansion, Kelly is bringing that same clarity and confidence to businesses across the Toronto and Durham Region. She’s passionate about helping business owners get out of survival mode and into growth mode—offering smart, accessible marketing support that feels like an extension of their team.

Outside of the office, Kelly is a proud mom, devoted dog mom, flower lover, day tripper extraordinaire, and purveyor of hidden gems—the kind you stumble upon down side streets, along lakefront drives, or in tucked-away neighbourhoods. She’s known for her candid advice, generous spirit, and her ability to find joy in the little things—whether it’s a perfectly steeped tea, a great antique find, or the first warm patio day of the season. With a thoughtful approach and a genuine passion for seeing businesses succeed, Kelly brings both heart and expertise to everything she does.
